Grant Information - Restrictions & Exclusions
The Jewish Heritage Foundation DOES FUND:
- Current 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service
- Organizations serving the Greater Kansas City area, specifically Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas, and Clay, Jackson and Platte counties in Missouri
The Jewish Heritage Foundation DOES NOT FUND:
- Individuals, political parties, candidates or political activities
- Multi-year grants
- Capital or construction purposes
- Deficit funding -- grant money must be used for expenses/services incurred after the check date
