IMPORTANT DETAILS RELATED TO PROGRESS REPORTS:

  • All unexpended grant funds must be returned to the Foundation with a reference to the Grant Number and the date of your final report.
  • Requests for grant expenditure extensions must be approved by Foundation staff.
  • Agencies with late reports will not be considered for future funding until all overdue reports are received.

Core Agency Support grant recipients will be required to submit one final report following expenditure of all JHF funds.  Typically, core agency support funds are expended within a 12-month period after receipt of the grant award.  Requests for grant expenditure extensions must be approved by Foundation staff.
