Reporting Requirements
Please download the following files and use them for PROGRAM GRANT reporting.
Progress Reports for program grants provide information on a semi-annual basis and cover grant activity from January 1 through June 30 AND July 1 through December 31 on all outstanding Jewish Heritage Foundation grants. Progress Reports must be submitted within 30 days following the June 30th and December 31st Progress Report schedule.
If you experience difficulty downloading the Progress Report Form and/or Instructions, please call the Foundation office at 913.981.8866 for assistance.
Please download the following file and use for reporting the use of Core Agency Support.
Core Agency Support grant recipients will be required to submit one final report following expenditure of all JHF funds. Typically, core agency support funds are expended within a 12-month period after receipt of the grant award. Requests for grant expenditure extensions must be approved by Foundation staff.
If you have any problems or questions about these forms, please call Rachael Gordon at (913) 327-4623 or email rachaelg@jewishkc.org
